Titanic Restaurant & Brewery was conceived, developed and registered by Kevin Rusk in December of 1995 as a Florida Corporation residing in Dade County, long before the popular movie was even in production. Based on the fact that Miami is the "cruise capital" of the world, Kevin wanted to tie the concept in to the cruise industry theme.
