Thomas and Agnes Carvel Foundation Family Health Center

Our Family Health Center is a modern, spacious, state-of-the-art facility for comprehensive primary care for all ages, including infants, children, adults and the elderly, as well as prenatal care. Care is provided by a doctor-nursing team, including Family Practice Attendings, Family Practice Residents, Nurse Practitioners, nurses, nursing assistants, a dietitian and social worker. With an emphasis on prevention and health education, the Center takes a whole family approach to health care.
