The Therapeutic Aquatic Center (TR Center) is DC's premiere facility specifically focused on DC residents with Special Needs. This pool is ADA compliant, equipped with a ramp and hand rail for entering and exiting the pool.

The pool has a minimum depth of 3 ft and a maximum depth of 8 ft 6 inches. The pool is heated to 90 degrees Fahrenheit year round and there is a seperate spa that has 8 jets, which are heated to102-104 degrees Fahrenheit.
