The Wanamaker Building

100 Penn Square East
Philadelphia, PA 19107

The Wanamaker Building, completed in 1911, was the architectural and engineering marvel of its era. The property was fully restored in 1991 to meet the changing needs of today's retail and office users.

Amerimar converted 219,000 square feet of space on the fourth and fifth floors from retail into office space and leased it to a mix of public and private sector tenants. The property team implemented changes that improved the comfort, appearance and efficiency of the property. The property is again being recognized as premier address for large office tenants in the Philadelphia CBD, and at nearly 99% percent leased, boasts a list of tenants that have chosen to expand within the building under Amerimar's management.
