The Wanamaker Building

The Wanamaker Building, completed in 1911, was the architectural and engineering marvel of its era. The property was fully restored in 1991 to meet the changing needs of today's retail and office users.

Amerimar converted 219,000 square feet of space on the fourth and fifth floors from retail into office space and leased it to a mix of public and private sector tenants.
