About The Course:

The Golf Club of South Carolina designed by Ken Killian is consistently recognized by Golf Digest in its rankings of the "Best Places to Play" in South Carolina.  The course features impeccable conditioning and stunning topography set amidst a tranquil setting creating a spectacular layout for golfers to enjoy each and every time they come to GCSC. 

Course History:

Founded in 1988 as a private golf club, it was originally named Crickentree for its surrounding residential community.  The facility was subsequently purchased by The SIM Group of Companies in 1996, renamed as The Golf Club of South Carolina at Crickentree, and repositioned as a golf club open to the public for daily fee play while offering exceptional membership opportunities to golfers throughout Columbia and the Midlands of South Carolina.
