Mission Statement:
The Carroll and Madison Library Foundation was established for the purpose of ensuring the financial stability of the Carroll and Madison Library System including its administrative office and the six libraries within its two-county service area.
It seeks to do this by encouraging gifts, memorials, endowments and bequests from individuals, groups and corporations.
We serve the libraries of Berryville, Eureka Springs, Green Forest, Huntsville, Kingston and St. Paul in the counties of Carroll and Madison, Arkansas.
Because of its non-profit and tax exempt 501(c)(3) status, gifts made to the Foundation are tax deductible.
Gifts to the Foundation support the on-going operation of the library system office and the two counties' main and branch libraries, enhance the libraries' acquisitions of books, periodicals and media.
Your gifts may also fund special projects that are beyond the capacity of the normal operating budget provided by tax dollars.
