The Brewing Projekt brews on a three vessel 20BBL (620 gallon) brewhouse with four 20 BBL and two 40BBL unitank fermenters. In addition EVERY member of The Brewing Projekt's team is required to familiarize and utilize it's 1/2BBL (15 Gallon) pilot brewery in order to push innovation in every soul who takes part in the creation of our beer. Thats right. EVERY member of the team needs to know and understand the process by which we turn water, malt, hops, and yeast into beer. And they have to be constantly working to make new and delicious beers. Within the brewery is a small taproom that seats roughly 50 people.
