Terra Nova is a safe community of learners that prepares each student to take his/her place in the 21st century by providing both a quality academic and vocational education focused on maximizing each student's potential and an extra curricular program designed to foster self-esteem, tolerance and personal social responsibility.

Terra Nova High School has a history with a philosophy predicated on the belief that all Terra Nova students have the ability and opportunity to learn in a safe, orderly and stimulating environment; be taught by teachers who respect, encourage and challenge them; and pursue a comprehensive education.
