Tappan Lake Park

Spend time in nature’s playground at Tappan Lake! With a 399 horsepower limit, outdoor recreation enthusiasts can speed things up for skiing, tubing or wake-boarding or slow things down and enjoy fishing on the 2,350 acre lake. Two public launch ramps are available to launch your own boat, or rent one of ours from the marina. The marina also offers dock rentals to keep you boat ready at a moments notice, all summer long!

Across the lake, Tappan Park has more than 500 campsites and 11 vacation cabins, swimming beach and concession stand, an activity center and nature center with special events planned throughout the summer including Fourth of July Fireworks.  Hiking trails, one of which connects the park with the Tappan Wetlands, a “watchable wildlife” area and a connection to Ohio's Buckeye Trail.
