Mission:

The Mission Statement of the Taos Historic Museums is to promote the history, heritage, and cultural arts of Northern New Mexico through the education and the preservation of our unique historic structures and collections. Our two museums include the Blumenschein Home & Museum on Ledoux Street, in downtown Taos, New Mexico; and the Hacienda de los Martinez Museum, which is located two miles from the Taos Plaza. 

Vision:

The vision of the Taos Historic Museums is to provide a living history experience to the Taos community and its visitors through ongoing tours, exhibitions, programs, and cultural events.

About Us:

We promote history, heritage, and cultural arts of Northern New Mexico. Our museums include the Blumenschein Museum & La Hacienda de los Martinez Museum.

The Taos Historic Museums aim to promote the history, heritage, and cultural arts of Northern New Mexico through education and preservation of our unique historic structures and collections.

We are the Martinez Hacienda and the Blumenschein Home & Museum.

We display many of our wonderful historical artifacts. We aim to educate the public on their importance, and the importance of Taos history.

We offer many events, such as: the annual Fandango amd Old Taos Trade Fair, as well as gallery openings.
