Tanager Place Summer Fest

Summer Fest hosts the one and only General Mills Make your own Cereal Tent, over 45 unique activities, 35 hands-on displays, live entertainment, and inflatable rides.

For the past 26 years, this free family festival – made possible by generous sponsors – has raised over $650,000 for Tanager Place programs specializing in mental and behavioral health treatment for children. Summer Fest celebrates Tanager Place’s mission to support and build strong and healthy families.

More than 250 community volunteers are needed for a single 3-hour shift to help make this family-friendly event a success. Summer Fest offers a wide range of volunteer opportunities and all volunteers receive a complimentary t-shirt.
