The Syracuse Skate Park was built in the summer of 2006 by an interested group of young people and their parents. The Syracuse Skate Park was designed for skateboards, in-line skates and bikes by The American Ramp Company. Funding for the Syracuse Skate Park was provided by local fundraisers as well as grants from area foundations and civic organizations.
