About Us:

Welcome to Sweet Wind Farm. Arlow and Susan Case began farming together as newlyweds in 1986. Arlow started out in maple sugaring as a young lad, learning the trade from his uncle and Grandpa. With the help of his parents, he started "Arlow's Sugar Shack" in Granby CT and operated a wood fired evaporator for over 30 years at that location. Both Arlow and Susan love to grow plants and harvest all kinds of crops, and the farmstand grew from a small self service card table in front of the house  to what it is today. 

Visit our sugar house any time of the year where you will find some of New England's finest maple syrup and other maple products. Our seasonal farm stand offers our own  fruits vegetables, flowers and herbs, all grown without chemicals, as well as homemade jams and jellies. Our annual Maple Festival is always held on the 2nd Saturday in March. We host Open Houses on Saturdays during sugaring season, and classes and tours offered to groups.
