Swanson Golf Center

Matt Swanson's vision for this practice facility originates with his opinion that golfers of every level should have the opportunity to practice on good grass with good quality golf balls. It's that simple!

Matt combines three elements in this new facility

• We have a great short game area out back with a large putting, low pitch, bump & run green and a large pitching, bunker shot green.  There is a fee to use this area.  There is also a putting green attached to the regular range which is free with purchase of range balls.
• A golf school - Matt Swanson's School of Golf opened at Wildcat Golf Club early in 2003 with one other instructor, Ben Weeks. Bruce Olson joined shortly thereafter and eventually the school grew to include 12 teachers, golf schools held most weekends, thousands of private lessons given, and two state-of-the-art teaching facilities.  Matt Swanson's School of Golf has developed a reputation for top quality private and group instruction.
• A restaurant, Swanny's Grill. Swanny's Grill is open Tuesday through Sunday for lunch and dinner. We serve great hamburgers, salads, wraps and appetizers. Beer, wine and mixed drinks are available. We have seating upstairs and on the back porch overlooking the short game area and fishing pond.  Swanny's hosts live music on Friday nights and Karaoke on Saturday  nights.
