Construction began on October 1, 2004. Opened in August of 2005.The ice arena features two NHL sized rinks (200 x 85) Centre Ice Cafe, Perani's Hockey World, Ten Locker Rooms, Meeting Room and Figure/Hockey Instructor Rooms. 70,000 square feet. Home to the Onyx Suburban Skating Academy, Macomb Hockey Club, Eisenhower Eagles, Romeo Bulldogs, and Utica Chieftains
