St Vincent Health Clinic East has been providing health and dental care to low and moderate income patients for 39 years. A partnership between the city of Little Rock and St Vincent, the clinic was established in 1972 to serve the uninsured and underinsured. The clinic offers a sliding fee scale where services are based on an individual’s ability to pay.
