We are a full service fitness training facility & day spa located on Garners Ferry Rd in Columbia, South Carolina.
We offer a variety of Les Mills fitness classes, cardio machines, and free weights/strength training equipment, as well as a day spa offering a variety of facials, mani/pedicures, spray tans, massages, microdermabrasions, and electrolysis.
