The Stokes Family YMCA provides a wide range of programs for the whole family including swim lessons, before- and after-school care, and youth sports. The Y includes a comprehensive Wellness Center with on-duty staff, group exercise programs, and SilverSneakers® classes.

Mon – Thur: 5:00am – 9:00pm
Friday: 5:00am – 8:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Sunday: 1:00 pm – 6:00pm
