The Stockton Arena is located in the California Central Valley between Sacramento and Fresno. The Arena defines the city's downtown waterfront redevelopment program, including the University Plaza Waterfront Hotel which houses room and condominiums, 45,000 square feet of retail space and a seven-level parking structure.
