Stephens Community Clinic

The Stephens Community Clinic, a division of Ouachita County Medical Center, opened in 1990 and serves patients from Stephens, McNeil, Waldo, Chidester, Camden and many other surrounding communities.

The clinic provides a variety of services, including but not limited to: physical exams, sports physicals, well-child exams, disease management, weight loss management, and routine screenings such as diabetes, blood pressure, flu/pneumonia immunizations, and education wellness.

 The clinical staff includes Stephen Tabe, MD, Marsha Miller, APN, a licensed practical nurse, and an office manager. 

The Stephens Community Clinic was the recipient of the 2005 Quality Improvement Achievement Award from AFMC (Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care).

Patients are seen on an appointment basis, however, walk-ins are accepted.  To schedule an appointment, call 870-786-9114. 

The clinic accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and all other insurance providers.  A sliding fee scale is available when applicable requirements are met.
