Star and Shield Foundation Oktoberfest
The event is hosted by the L.A. County Professional Peace Officers Association (PPOA) and proceeds benefit the Star and Shield Foundation, a 501(c)3 charitable organization established by PPOA members in order to support the families of fallen officers and other worthy causes.
