The SFBC, LLC or Stanley Rodeo Committee was started in 2003 as a collaboration between the Stanley FFA Alumni, Stanley Businessmen’s Association and the Stanley Chamber of Commerce to bring something BIG to the Stanley Community.  The SFBC, LLC worked to bring the PRCA, America's Premier Professional Rodeo Association, to this small town.  Every year professional cowboys come from all across the nation to compete at the Stanley Rodeo so they can earn enough money to make it to the National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas, NV.

The SFBC, LLC has been able to give back to the Stanley community through the collaboration of the groups. A portion of the proceeds goes directly to the City of Stanley Parks and Recreation for any park improvements.  The other groups involved have been able to give back to the Stanley community in several ways due to the great success of the Stanley Rodeo! The Rodeo committee is well under way for planning this years performances. In addition to our two PRCA performances we have a weekend of events that including a nightly band, antique tractor pull, peddle tractor pull, & horse pull.  We brought back Hillbilly Olympics to the weekends festivities due to popular demand!
