Stadium Brew Co is nestled in the heart of Aliso Viejo, California. Established in 2000 we offer a unique experience setting ourselves apart from all other local restaurants! Our uniqueness is defined by the combination of a Craft Brewery, Sports bar and fine dining experience all accompanied with a great ambiance and Chef inspired menu. Our Brewmaster Greg Schneider brews our delicious hand-crafted beers on site, including our local favorite Blueberry Lager! In 2016 he began the wine-barrel aging process of fermenting sour beers and we recently have released our very own Stadium Sours, with rotating flavors such as Mango and Boysenberry.

In 2015 we completed a remodel transforming our Brewery, including 60 Craft beer taps, 25 large-screen TVs, and a private dining room for special occasions. In 2018 Chef Christopher Meehan joined our team to create a Globally inspired menu with traditional, clean, and interactive dishes. Having grown up in Hawaii and expanding his knowledge of the culinary world by traveling extensively throughout Europe, and living all across the United States, his abstract take on classic food creates a dining experience you will not forget. From our Brewery Pretzel Bites, to our Roasted Veggie Flatbread, to our Chicken Risotto or Cedar Planked Salmon we are sure you will find a favorite!
