St. Croix Hospice

St. Croix Hospice provides care through an interdisciplinary, medically directed care team. This holistic approach to care for patients often involves trained hospice volunteers! We serve patients throughout the metro area and have five different office locations. Hospice volunteers provide much needed emotional support to both patients and their families. Training is provided to all interested individuals. It is a flexible type of volunteering without a time requirement.
