The St. Andrews Regional Branch is one of the three regional branches located throughout Richland County. The library began as a project of the St. Andrews Woman's Club in 1964. The small collection was first housed in the community center. By 1968, the library moved to Lancewood Road and had been incorporated as a branch library. In 1992, the library moved to its current location
