Springer Children's Theatre

The Springer Theatre Academy is an intense young-actor training program for people pre-kindergarten through high school. Over 600 students attend Summer Theatre Academy for 2-week, 3-week, or 4-week sessions. Students rotate through classes such as Voice for the Actor, Stage Movement, Improvisation, Scene Study, Musical Theatre, Acting for the Camera, Theatre Production, Playwrighting, and more.

All Academy classes focus on process, not product. By participating in the Academy, students will gain confidence, boldness and expressiveness. At the end of a class session, Academy students share their work in an "open-class" style presentation for family and friends.
