Mission Statement:
The mission of Springbrook Nature Center is to preserve the integrity of and enable access to the natural resource base in order to:
Provide opportunities for the community to enjoy Springbrook Nature Center and to learn about broad environmental concepts and values.Provide opportunities for nurturing the human spirit.
This mission will be accomplished by fulfillment of these objectives:
Preserve the managed natural area in its original diversity.Provide activities, environmental education and interpretive programming to Fridley residents. Provide programming and leisure opportunities for the general public. Provide positive social life experiences for residents.Manage for quality and efficiency. Maintain building and property for access by all . Form partnerships with other community entities. Function as a resource center. Promote and provide opportunities for Springbrook Nature Center as a “special nurturing” place.
