What We Offer

Located nearly 20 miles from any other public library, the Spicewood Library provides a variety of services to the residents of this area. The library opened in 2007 with 100% private funding and no public funding has ever been provided. With fundraising success from numerous donors, the library now offers

Over 10,000 books, DVDs and audio books
24/7/365 Wi-Fi access in the parking lot
6 Patron PCs equipped with popular software and high-speed Internet access
Large children's section
Access to thousands of e-books and audio books to check out via download
Fax and copy services
Adult book club and children's reading program
Periodic continuing education workshops
Weekly free ESL classes
Monthly services such as Nurse in the Library and Lawyer in the Library
