Story:
Souris River Brewing was started because a group of local people believed there was something missing in Minot: An establishment focused on premium, craft-brewed beers and natural, made-from-scratch food that embodies what North Dakota is all about.
SRB is Minot's first Brewpub and Restaurant that focuses on sourcing ingredients from our local and regional suppliers, thereby strengthening our community economic base and fostering goodwill between our region's great people.
