About Us :
The Department is a multi-service center located at 35000 Portz Parkway.

The Center serves as a nucleus for all of the activities offered for the older adults in Solon. Events are scheduled on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, with special events spread throughout the year.

Leisure activities such as trips to area attractions, seasonal hikes, card playing, bingo, crafts, book discussion groups, movie matinees and many other events are available at the Center.

There is a full offering of exercise and wellness programs including Light Aerobics, Tai Chi, Yoga and a Workout with Weights for the older adult.

Speakers are also scheduled on a regular basis covering a multitude of topics. Also offered are health screenings, podiatrist visits and income tax preparation. Both brief and extended trips are a regular offering at the Center.
