Skatepark - North Laurel

Welcome to Howard County Department of Recreation and Parks premier Skate Park! Located within North Laurel Park and situated next to theNorth Laurel Community Center, this 12,000 square foot neighborhood-style park is the first of its kind in the area. Constructed from custom pour-in-place, precast concrete, and steel coping, the park was crafted with the utmost attention given to surface quality and flow. Featuring a complex bowl, kickers, stairs, rails and ledge combinations, this park will challenge riders of every style and skill level. Adding a little local flare, this park features four large skateable boulders that were hand picked from the local Savage Quarry. These boulders, when paired with the beautiful landscaping creates a sculptural and aesthetic quality that everyone can enjoy. Come on out and shred!
