The Sinking Spring Family YMCA offers state-of-the-art fitness center, interactive fitness center, TechnoGym group cycling room, youth adventure center, sport court, regulation gymnasium, kids court nursery, tennis courts, two group exercise/dance studios, 32´ climbing wall, turf field and Parisi training center and sprint track.

Saturday 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Sunday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
