Mayor Daniel E. Rilatos approached the Siletz City Council about providing property for a Skatepark and on March 12, 2001 the Siletz City Council approved the designation of city property located on SW Swan Avenue for the placement of a Skate Park for the youth in Siletz. The lot size approved was 90'x100' just SW of the City Ballfield.
