Mission Statement and Vision

The Shared Care Free Clinic exists to create partnerships with patients, medical staff and the local community to provide quality health care and medications to uninsured adults with chronic illness so that patients can live healthy, productive lives.

The Shared Care Free Clinic patients and staff will work toward a common goal of wellness where quality care is not dependent on one’s ability to pay. The vision is of healthy patients, who continue to work, raise families and be productive community members.
