About Us:

The Sebastian County Library was established in 1944 and joined the Scott Sebastian Regional Library in 1954. The Main Library is located in Greenwood, with branches in the surrounding communities of Hartford, Lavaca and Mansfield. The Library offers many free services to residents of Sebastian County including summer programs for pre-school and elementary age children. Additional support for the Library comes from the "Friends of the Library". Members of this support group sponsor fund raising activities during the year and provide help with special activities and projects.
