We exclusively brew artisanal continental European-inspired beers that we are personally passionate about. These beers tell a story about us where we've been, where we're going, and what we value. We brew small (5-barrel) batches of beers that we believe in, many of which will never be distributed beyond our taproom by choice.

Our beer is currently available only at our brewery's taproom. We will distribute in limited quantities to select craft beer retailers sometime in 2015.
