Our mission at SC Cellars is to make wines of distinction and style.  To accomplish that we begin in the vineyard, cultivating and nurturing the land.  Shoot thinning and crop load management are vital to achieving a fully mature grape with body and structure.  We carefully follow the new wine from the vineyard to the glass resulting in our premium, handcrafted wines.  Our estate grown red wine is crafted in the traditional Bordeaux style.  A classic blend of five noble French varietals, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petite Verdot and Malbec.  Producing a wine exhibiting dark ruby, red color with aromas of blackberry, allspice, cedar and pepper.  Full bodied with great balance and a lingering finish.
