History:

The St. Andrews Regional Library is one of four regional libraries which were opened between January and June of 1992. They have identical physical plants and are all 14,000 square feet in size. Each has an auditorium for use by the public, in addition to a small conference room. The average collection size is 70,000 volumes and the circulation figures for each regional range from 250,000 to 370,000.
