Saffron Fields Vineyard owners Sanjeev Lahoti and Dr. Angela Summers first looked at Oregon properties with vineyard potential during Thanksgiving week 2003. Since purchasing the dairy farm on Laughlin Road, Sanjeev and Angela have teamed efficiently with experts in viticulture and worked passionately to develop Saffron Fields Vineyard into the signature property and producer of superb Pinot Noir that it is known for today.
