The YMCA of Superior California was formed as a result of the merger of the Yolo County, Yuba-Sutter, Oroville and Greater Sacramento YMCAs. We are the continuation of a 144 year legacy of providing programs and services that involve people of all ages throughout the region.
The Y provides values-based programs for youth, teens, adults and seniors at YMCA facilities and program sites throughout the region. We operate Bear Valley Y Camp, a High Sierra resident camp near Emigrant Gap.
The Y is committed to the ideal that everyone should have the opportunity to participate in our programs, and our annual fund raising activities help us in fulfilling that commitment. Funds raised in the local community stay in the local community.
We operate four service areas – Oroville, Sacramento, Yolo and Feather River.
