Route 128 Winery is run by Pete and Lorna Opatz with over 60 years combined experience in developing incredible vineyards resulting in their delicious Estate Bottled wines.  With our new partnership and National Distribution office in Florida, we have expanded Route 128 with a series of carefully selected District Designate wines, from prestigious regions, that are now available nationally.

Route 128 is 120 miles of the most beautiful, diverse wine road in the United States.  The State scenic highway carves through Napa, Alexander, and Anderson valleys which include the Yorkville Highlands, Knights Valley, and famed Pritchard Hill in the Vaca Mountains. In the center of this prestigious wine route lies Geyserville, where Pete and Lorna Opatz opened their boutique winery tasting room to share their exclusive offerings of Route 128 wines with Wine Country visitors.

The estate is located in the Yorkville Highlands, an AVA District located at 1,400 ft. elevation looking south into the beautiful Alexander Valley below.   Annually, individual vineyards of interest are selected along Route 128 that complete the winery's list of offerings.
