Rogue Festival is an annual, non-juried performance and visual arts festival held in Fresno's Historic Tower District and surrounding areas.  The Festival aspires to bring emerging and established artists to audiences with works that are imaginative, innovative, and enriching. Rogue Festival strives to foster stronger relationships in the community by joining local businesses, audiences, and performers to share this gift of human creativity.
