Dedicated to celebrating the drive, spirit and diversity of women, The Rocky Mountain Women's Film Festival is a three day celebration of women and film.

Nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, Colorado Springs is the perfect backdrop for this highly-regarded film festival. Created in 1988, it is currently the longest continuously running women's film festival in the world and enjoys the reputation of being one of the most highly regarded festivals of its kind. It is intimate, enlightening, and the ultimate experience for those who love film.

Every November, this cultural jewel engages capacity crowds with fabulous documentary, feature, short, and animated films. Attending national and international filmmakers consistently rate the RMWFF as one of their favorites because the quality of selected films is unsurpassed; the enthusiastic audience is engaged and appreciative and the meticulously organized and inviting Festival committee make it a fabulous experience for filmmakers.
