About Us

Rocknasium is an indoor rock climbing facility located 10 miles west of Sacramento in Davis, California.

One of the earliest climbing gyms to open in the country, Rocknasium celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2012. To celebrate we built an entirely new gym just a couple of doors down from the original gym. We're bigger, better, steeper and more modern with over 5000+ square feet of climbing. We've got more topropes and more leading - including a huge new roof arch, free-hanging stalactite feature, And a new 16 foot tall overhanging bouldering wall. Our climbing ranges in difficulty from super easy to super hard.  We have a great pro-shop, a growing "garage" gym, a small cardio area, a dedicated yoga room, a nice hot shower and full climate control with both heat and air-conditioning!
