Robert Sinskey Vineyards is the organic and biodynamic vineyard and winery sits slightly uphill, northeast of the Silverado Trail. their host indicated that Robert Sinskey Winery has been organic since 2001 and will soon be approved for the biodynamic designation as well. The winery's vision is to make wine with minimal manipulation and create cuisine-oriented wines of "balance, elegance and finesse." Their flagship wine is their Carneros Pinot Noir. Other wines include Pinot Gris, a late harvest Pinot Gris, a Merlot, a red blend, Pinot Blanc, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and a Rose of Pinot Noir. The winery offers a choice of tasting, and touring options, including culinary adventures, wine cave tours, and "excessive or gluttonous flights of limited production wines."
