About Us:

Our caring staff of physicians and nurse practitioners offer patients a variety of health services ranging from general family healthcare and chronic illness management to immunizations and laboratory services. We treat patients from three years old to seniors.

Roanoke Clinic is a “Patient-Centered Medical Home” or PCMH. We are here to facilitate a personal partnership with you and your family to provide you with the best quality, comprehensive, and progressive primary care. Learn more about the benefits of a PCMH.

Roanoke Clinic has been owned and operated by Halifax Regional Medical Center since 1996 and provides inpatient care through the Halifax Hospitalists Associates program.

Roanoke Clinic is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m.-5 p.m. with extended hours of service on Wednesday and Thursday until 6 p.m.

Our Services:

Roanoke Clinic offers many healthcare/medical services, including:

Wellness Care (Medicare Annual Wellness Visits, physical examinations, Vaccinations, Pap smears, Preventative medicine)

Chronic Disease Management (Diabetes, hypertension, and many other chronic diseases)

Treatment for non-emergent/acute illnesses

Minor emergencies

Laboratory testing

Health Education

Specialist referrals as needed

Hospitalization through the hospitalist program

Allergy testing and shots (Performed by nurses and providers who have extensive allergy training)

Behavioral Health needs (Assessed by our primary care providers and when appropriate a referral to a psychologist or psychiatrist can be arranged)
