River Valley Festival

The 2nd annual Boone River Valley Festival is a multi-day, county-wide celebration of the unique natural landscape we have the privilege of enjoying in Boone County- along with some of the country's best sporting,
hiking, fishing, recreation, and fun you can have in its midst! We wrap the weekend in a variety of activities & events for all ages while collaborating with Friends of Ledges, Boone County Conservation,the Boone County Family YMCA, Ericson Public Library, the Iowa Arboretum, Iowa State and more + Sunday's handcrafted art & design fair, Arts in the Park showcase the best of what this area has to offer. Then, we tie a bow around it all with a phenomenal live music event- this year with legendary.Johri Michel Montgomery, "high energy country group" High Valley & the hit-making duo, LOCASH! The festival also donates a portion of its proceeds to another non-profit- for 2018, the Boone County Family YMCA Annual Campaign to help them fund scholarships for Boone County families afford the life-changing health and wellness programs they offer.
