River Oaks is an 18 hole championship golf course nestled in a pristine wildlife area.  Located between Statesville and Hickory, River Oaks is the best kept secret in the western piedmont!  The course offers the challenges of a mountain tract…from rolling hills to dramatic slopes, River Oaks is not only a golfer’s delight, but incredibly beautiful. Conditions at River Oaks have never been better.  Our bent grass greens are full and true.  The bermuda fairways are vibrant.  The course is manicured to insure the best golf experience.  River Oaks is a challenge for all golfers, regardless of skill level!

Our practice facilities will aid in any golfer’s improvement.  We offer a driving range and practice green to hone your skills.  Our pro-shop caters to the golfer’s needs…grab a logo’ed shirt or cap to remember your visit!

River Oaks is home to Eagle’s Bar & Grill.  Eagle’s offers a complete breakfast and lunch menu, including daily specials.  Grab and go snacks are available, as well as call in service for a quick pick-up on the turn.  To beat the heat, Eagle’s features a wide variety of soft drinks, sports drinks and draft or canned beers.  Most surprising are the prices…this value minded menu is not what you would expect at a golf course restaurant!
