Acquire 45.8 acres of environmentally sensitive land along the Minnesota River Bluff to increase the city's ownership at this nature preserve to 115 acres. Contains dry prairie, oak savanna/woodland and lowland hardwoods. This area is open to the public and has a network of trails for nature study and passive recreation. From the junction of Flying Cloud Drive and Pioneer Trail, go west 3.4 miles. Parking lot on the north side of Flying Cloud Drive.
