The Richard G. Lockwood Civic Center officially opened to the public in January 2001. This multi-use recreation facility offers the residents of Ogdensburg and the surrounding communities a large range of activities and events throughout the year.

Public and private skating is offered during our winter months. Ogdensburg Minor Hockey, Ogdensburg Figure Skating and the Ogdensburg Hockey League are major community organizations that rent ice time at the arena. Rock-N-Skates are also held once a month. Public Skating Fees: Residents - $1; Non-Residents - $2; Skate Rentals - $3; Children's Skating Pass - $15 / Adult Skating Pass - $35 (20 entries each - excludes Rock-N-Skates).
